Several young couples were offered a special tour of the Yanka Kupala state museum in Minsk on the occasion of Valentine's Day.
Each of the couples was required to walk through the museum's exhibition of memorabilia and other items relating to the Belarusian literary great's wife and reply to a set of questions.
"We, workers of the museum, are well aware that we must keep abreast with today's youths, understand their thoughts and wishes," said Ms. Parkhimovich.
"Youths are eager to visit a museum not for an excursion but for some extraordinary journey filled with new impressions and discoveries that will put them into a good holiday mood. That's why we came up with the idea of creating such a journey for young couples during which they could explore Yanka Kupala's life and his love," she said.
