Video: Huge chassis for intercontinental missiles rusting away at plant in Minsk

As reporters and delegates to a conference on military-technical cooperation between Belarus and Russia were visiting Minsk Tractor Wheeled Plant on Thursday, many were impressed by a huge chassis rusting away on the factory's premises.
What they saw was a 24-wheel chassis designed to transport Tselina-2, an intercontinental ballistic missile system that was never put into mass production and purchased by any army.
Unmatched by any other chassis made in the world, MAZ-7907 is powered by a 1250-horsepower engine.
"No one needs such a product now, as types of weapons that have to be transported by chassis today develop rapidly, with their size and weight being reduced," Yury Nikolayew, the plant's chief designer, told BelaPAN.
