By Tanya Korovenkova, BelaPAN
Minsk, 13 April. The foreign ministries of Belarus and Estonia will hold a round of political consultations in Minsk on April 20, Dzmitry Mironchyk, spokesman for the Belarusian foreign ministry, told reporters in Minsk on Thursday.
According to Mr. Mironchyk, the Belarusian delegation to the consultations will be led by Deputy Foreign Minister Aleh Krawchanka, while the Estonian delegation will be headed by Paul Teesalu, director general of the Political Department.
"During the consultations, the sides will discuss a wide range of issues concerning cooperation between Belarus and Estonia in the political, trade, economic and other spheres," Mr. Mironchyk said. "Given Estonia’s presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2017, attention during the talks will also be paid to issues relating to the development of relations between Belarus and the EU."
