Video: Leftist organizations celebrate 100th anniversary of October Revolution

Representatives of two leftist organizations marked the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution with a single demonstration in Minsk on Tuesday.
A crowd of up to 50 people that included representatives of the "For the Union and the Union Communist Party" association and a National Bolshevik Party (Nazbol) organization laid flowers at the statue of Vladimir Lenin in Independence Square.
The activists held up signs calling for the revival of the Soviet Union and images of Lenin and Joseph Stalin.
Leanid Shkolnikaw, leader of the "For the Union and the Union's Communist Party" association, said that the event was evidence that Belarus still had "true supporters" of the holiday.
The fight for the "victory of Communism, including in our country" goes on, he said.
