Katsyaryna Zyamskova, a third-year university student, job-shadowed Joanna Kazana-Wisniowiecki, the UN resident coordinator in Belarus, for one day.

Twenty Belarusian women aged 18 to 24 were expected to get a one-day work shadowing experience at foreign embassies and the local offices of several international organizations and companies this March and April in a program arranged by the Delegation of the European Union to Belarus and other diplomatic missions.

The job shadowing program is the brainchild of the heads of mission at the EU Delegation to Belarus and the embassies of Sweden, the UK and the United States.
